If you are a previous HSE Utilities Sewer customer, you do not need to complete a start form to set up service. All previous HSE Utility account holders will receive a bill from Fishers Sewer Utility at the end of February. Once you receive your bill, you will be able to log into our new online billing portal and set up account access and make payments (if online payments desired).
STOP: The deeded owner must submit a stop service request. Your request will not be processed. Please have the deeded owner complete the form.
If you are currently enrolled in autopay, cancel your service through your bank or payment service account.
