2020 Parade Application

Thank you for your interest in Fishers' biggest community celebration, Spark!Fishers! The event will kick off Friday evening, June 26, and an all day celebration will continue Saturday, June 27, 2020 (with a rain date on Sunday, June 28) in Fishers’ Nickel Plate District and Municipal Complex and will celebrate our vibrant community while honoring our freedom. We are seeking participants that will showcase the City of Fishers and our smart, vibrant, entrepreneurial community. 

2020 Spark!Fishers hours are on Saturday, June 27 from 8 AM - 1 PM and 4 PM - 10 PM, with a break in the festival from 1 - 4 PM. The Spark!Fishers parade will be held at 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 27 (please note the time change from previous years).

Businesses, organizations, and groups are invited to join us in the annual Spark!Fishers parade celebrating the great things that make Fishers a great community! Participate with your own float or walking group. Participants must be onsite for parade Saturday evening.

For consideration in being a Spark!Fishers parade participant, please provide the following information. Not all applicants will be accepted. The committee will evaluate applications and will respond to all applicants based on the timeline below. Selected participants will be notified by the corresponding date below via e-mail and required to pay for their reserved space (if applicable) within 2 weeks of notification of acceptance. 

Please note that any parade participants that also have a vendor booth, stage entertainment presence, etc. are required to have separate staffing, vehicles, etc. in order to participate (i.e. you can not leave your vendor booth or move vehicles/décor from your booth in order to participate in the parade).

Parade Cost

  • $200 per parade unit 
  • Non-profits are free (must provide documentation)

Parade Application Timeline

  • Applications due: April 30
  • Participants notified: May 15
