WAIVER & AGREEMENT TO RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS
The City of Fishers, Hamilton County, Indiana is hosting a graduation celebration for graduating seniors and their families (the “Celebration”). The Celebration is an optional event and is not a graduation ceremony or other event sanctioned or required by the local school district or any local schools. In consideration for allowing Attendee (as defined herein below) to drive Attendee’s vehicle onto the Property and attend the Celebration, Attendee agrees as follows:
1) Attendee and all people in Attendee’s automobile (collectively, “Attendee Parties”) shall at all times while on the Property remain in Attendee’s automobile. Exiting Attendee’s automobile shall subject Attendee to being required to immediately exit the Property.
2) The Attendee Parties hereby release and hold harmless the City, its officers, directors, agents and employees, and the owner of the Property (collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all loss, claims, damages or injury to person or property caused by, arising out of or related to Attendee Parties attending the Celebration, including, without limitation, any damage, loss or injury related to COVID-19 or the symptoms thereof.
I have read this release and understand all of its terms. I sign it voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance. I affirm under penalties of perjury that I am 18 years of age or older. I hereby grant permission to the City of Fishers and the Event’s sponsors to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
